This book is either the work of a madman or an insane evil genius. never read a book like this before. It’s like part spy novel, part puzzle, tiny part sci fi, part character montage, part epic. I mean what is similar out there? What do you think the influences are? I love the team work, the action. The world is the same as ours but not the same. Language, speech is different. Crazy. How do you describe this to your bros?

I'm over, I read the blog ages back. What was crazy was reading that before it was completed. I want more madness and now. When is the next book out?!
I got to say, at first I had difficulty getting through the first third but quarantine gave me the push to keep on going and I was well rewarded by the end. In my estimation... this is CRAZY.
I looked on the Barnes and Noble link and it says this is Espionage and then Alternate History. That surely speaks of the kind of utter madness that I love.
It's funny how the blokes like all the fighting but the women are more interested in the characters. What really appeals to me is the balance between the two. This isn't a straight thriller. There is much more behind this story than we are aware at the moment. I think all the "tactical shit" is going to become secondary to the character arcs.
The whole grid thing is crazy. I love that tactical shit.
